To begin your appointment, we will ask you to complete a medical-dental questionnaire.

This will allow us to have an overview of your general health, medical and dental history, so that we can establish the best treatment plan for you.

You can complete the questionnaire in advance or in the waiting room when you arrive (allow 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment).

During your first appointment, you will have a complete oral health exam with one of our hygienists, followed by a consultation with the Doctor. If necessary, the hygienist will take x-rays. The doctor will then review the results of the exam with you and discuss your current oral health.

Please note that this consultation takes approximately 1.5 hours.
